Review of the 2024 Finyon offsite: Customer Care & ESG
After developing and discussing innovative ideas for the further development of our service offering in the beautiful setting of the Engadine mountains last year, we gathered again in our familiar surroundings for this year's offsite to further refine our business strategies. During the first day of the three-day Finyon offsite, the focus was on improving our sales skills to bring last year's innovative concepts to our customers more effectively.
The focus of the second day was on the further development of our internal management system, with the ESG criteria (environmental, social and governance) taking center stage. The entire team discussed and debated how Finyon is currently positioned in relation to these three criteria and how it should position itself in the medium to long term. This resulted in measures to achieve the defined goals.
Finally, all Finyon employees went on a hike together in bright sunshine, which gave them the opportunity to reflect on the progress of the past year in a relaxed atmosphere and look forward to the challenges ahead.
We are convinced that the measures we are taking this year will further advance our company.
